Control Specialties – Return Policy
Return Timeframe
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless a shorter return period is stated by the manufacturer (Factory).
Item Condition
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
- Show no signs of damage or installation
Return Authorization Process
All returns and cancellations are subject to Factory approval.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service at 1-800-752-0556 or email info@control-specialties.com
- Upon approval, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
- Returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging.
Returns without prior approval or an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Additional factory restocking fees may also be charged, as per the manufacturer's policies.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and processed:
- A credit memo will be issued or
- A refund check will be sent to the customer
The refund method may vary based on the original payment and approval terms.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise approved by Control Specialties.
Warranty Information
- All warranties are subject to the Factory Warranty. Please refer to the product’s documentation or contact us for warranty details.
